Look sugar should not be given but the replacement to sugar is dates and jaggery that can be given in this age and salt you should give a proper flavour in the food if you don’t want to give it then all the recipes that you make in general porridge and khichadi fruits vegetables Suji ragi give it without salt because there is no such specific recipe to be given without salt

poha with dates
dal with carrot,potato
beetroot puree
homemade rice cerlac with dates
