take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
use effective contraceptive measures for child spacing . .

There Is no clarity anyone can give you for that matter I’d advise you to consult your gynaecologist maybe she can advise you something correctly on that because it is actually not very clear to give us guidance on that as the doctor can probably advise your best on this
