am giving domstal 1mg suspension for my baby past one month due to reason for spit up. still she is spit up. shall i continue syrup. or what should i do now?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please don't give medicines to spitup small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
