am getting acne around my lips and chest and also tiny moles on face like under the eyes and cheeks plzz suggest the skin care product and reason if any defeciency

A. Maam it would be better to consult a dermatologist because it could be associated with some allergy infection randomly we cannot tell you what product should you use neither can we understand the reason without a physical assessment of the problem
