Am 37 weeks 4 days pregnant women my baby umbilical artery ranges are R. I is 0.76 P. I is 1.2 and S/D Is 4.1 is this OK

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. S/D ratio in umbilical artery is at 37 weeks around less than 3. the scan is suggestive of raised Sd ratio, which means you have to follow up. repeat a Doppler, keep fetal movement count sleep left side and plenty of fluids

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy6 years agoA. Hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your gynecologist and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly and that is better option for now
