there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the most important thing is that it should not cause skin allergy as well asd you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash.
you can apply coconutx oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash.
