Alkasol in given with water or without?? Mean 5ml I have to mix in water or just like that

A. it should be taken with half glass water. stay hydrated. have fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc have More fruits and salad. avoid seeded food as tomato.. cucumber ets

A. good evening yes usually alkasol is given along with water so I would recommend you to mix it along with the half cup of water and then consume
