After taking a course of xyzal 10mg for 3 days in 26th week of pregnancy feeling very lazy and baby movement too not much active, what could be the issue?

A. please contact your doctor for investigations. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
