after six months Maine apni beti ko apple puree n after 3 days daal pàani(moongdaal) lunch me dena start kiya. jab se daal paani de rahi hoon usse constipation ho gaye. after 3 days aaj usne potty Kia but bahot hard. kindly suggest what to do

You Siri you can continue with what you are giving to the child as of now that’s one of the most healthy options that you have started with along with that also I like to tell you that if you have any issues that you’re facing associated with this and you should just taken advice from your doctor as well
