After Post delivery, I am having a lot of back pain and pain in spinal anaesthesia where it is injected.What are the exercises for this ? It is completed 6 weeks after delivery.

A. hi mom there r stretching exercises i will advise you to consult with the physiotherapist or orthopaedic surgeon for proper examination and investigation to start the tt .. take care
