after my second delivery I didn't get my periods back it's been one year... is it normal?

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy,. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
