Q.

after my delivery I got my ist period in 10 month but at that time I lose weight 3 kg in a week also I had lot of weakness and my face looking too much lean..I am disturbed what was happen with me .

A. Yo You will have to get a check with your doctor for better clarity because losing down the weight like this has got no connection with period it some another issue so it’s important that you get it assessed with your doctor then only you can be further more sure about it
