Q.

After my delivery gained so much of weight and getting legs pains and feeling lazy

A. If you had a normal delivery I would advise you to start with basic exercise like a specially Surya Namaskar in morning walk along with that you should start with all your proper supplements multivitamin calcium and iron or suggested by Dr along with that I would recommend you to take omega-3 as well as vitamin D for at least three months it’s going to be very beneficial for you
