Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

It You are not able to lose weight then you should go for dieting start intermittent fasting that we initially start with workout a dieting and then slowly you can switch to regular appetite decent regular appetite along with that you can start with intermittent fasting and walk in the morning and evening that will give you good results
