After my 2nd c-section my belly button got swelled some times getting pain on that ...and it's looking like umbilical hernia

with growing age it regresses and goes insidef
it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non fcomplicated.
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.
