no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

There is no certain time for it could be different for different women it could be some times 2-1 month 12-18 months or maybe two years depending from woman to woman which is why I’m saying there is no absolute time that anybody can suggest you you will resume it when your body is ready
