Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

U Should rest for at least two months minimum amount and after that you can start doing basic household work which you can manage easily you should not do heavy chores which are going to create trouble for your stitches don’t lift anything heavy don’t sit on the floor don’t do all these things rest you can do normal basic household work if you want to
