after delivery my belly is like 5 month pregnant belly..how to reduce my tummy.. give some suggestions

A. s u can. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

A. hello you should try with abdominal exercise which can help produce your belly and you should also be doing walking and other exercise on a daily basis which will help to reduce your weight also and keep you healthy and fit and also safe for you
