after delivery how many months to put the belt for belly fat

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. after delivery the belt is being advised for first three months as to help out the organs to settle down to the original positions after 3 months there is no use of belt and for tummy reduction it has no effects only exercising can reduce the tummy fat
