You can apply sun protection while going out. .have plenty of fluids, and Maintain healthy diet and hygine.
You can apply lemon juice on the melasma spots and gently rub it for two to three minutes everyday

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
