instead of suggesting any cosmetics for this ,I will suggest you to opt for natural.
I mean ,you can gently rub aloe vera gel on it or use paste of gram flour , turmeric powder and milk while bathing your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
keep that area clean and dry.
maintain good hygiene.
