After Childbirth Maternity Belt kbse use kr skte hain and ajwain Water kbse pee sakte hai??????

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. hi. post delivery you can use abdominal belt n can have ajwain water right from the next day, make sure to avoid using it during eating n sleeping.

Radhika G BGuardian of 3 children9 months agoA. Hello All, After delivery, from 10th day started wearing the maternity belt and with that we should take dry fine and turmeric paste for 5 days by which it heals up the around both for normal and c section.

Suman ChoudharyMom of 3 children9 months agoA. if delivery is normal...then u can use belt after 3-4 days.....and if delivery is c section then use belt after 10 days..... ajwain water u can drink next day of delivery whether normal or c section
