after cesarian birth 1 year ago now I have seen increase in my weight. what should I avoid eating to control my weight. I have started evening walks and yoga recently

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. x regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasingx the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. Hi parent please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour please avoid oily and spicy food please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
