ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. you can wear abdominal belt after 24-48 hrs.. it will help you move easily without putting much weight on your stitch line.. but should not be very tight or very loose.. take accurate size as per your waist size because you are going to wear it for 3-4 monthd
