after c section what is best for tummy fat? belt or what to use ? duration?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. Belt helps to prevent sagging of abdominal muscles but doesn’t help in reducing belly fat for that you gave to take care of your diet and start done physical exercise on your daily routine after complete recovery
