Q.
after c section, the back pain is not reducing even after 2 months not able to sit for a longer time while feeding how to overcome this?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes so see a gynac for why so pain ?. for this concern can take advise of a nearby doctor and then can follow advise for the same as that is after seeing the baby so it is best for baby .

first I would suggest to use any good brand breastfeeding pillow like Babyhug brand pillow for this
try different feeding positions.
you may try heating pad there.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping,it will help .
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
