after c section how many days onwards shall we start exercise

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start strenuous exercises. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
