SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, it will take about six month. So it is suggested not to sit down Or do heavy things and avoid walking. So always rest back and feed your baby. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated and take adequate rest.
