Well How long is your distance but anyways for initial 3 to 4 months you cannot travel because external stitches will take about that much time to heal and internal take about 6 to 8 months after delivery so you consult your gynaecologist if she allows you to travel then you go ahead with it otherwise it seems a little difficult to
