Q.

after 3 months of delivery my back pain started. while sleeping at night my upper back & lower back hurts more . when lifting any heavy object or my baby in bending position than Lower back stuck & pain ...why it's happening ? it's about 6 months

A. avoid exertion. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
