after 2 months of my normal delivery i m facing gastric problem badly....i fart all the day ...what to do ??

A. hi m9m u need to avoid spicy fried food .. take plenty of fluids such as coconut water butter milk ... curd all seasonal fruits and vegetables ... do regular exercise
