Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, redness , rashes , allergies and acnes are common among babies. You can apply coconut oil on the affected areas and repeat in 2 to 3 hours. It must heal in few hours but if it does not then must consult with your paediatric.
