aaj dhai month ka tika lagane le gai thi, ek tika jangh pr lagaya or 2 dawai muh me pilai, rota dawai ki bund mujhe esa laga puri nhi pilai vah dawai khatm ho gai thi, aganwadi karykarta ne kaha pilai he, mere baby ko kuch nuksan to nhi hoga n, mujhe tension ho rhi he #Vaccination

Iske bare mein adhik jankari ke liye Apne doctor se sampark kijiye jo aapko bataenge ki is bare mein aur kuchh karne ki jarurat hai ki nahin.
