Q.

4 month old has been pooping slight watery and green poop since almost 15 days now, after every feed. Stool routine test tested positive for mucus and reducing substances. is this okay?

A. dear mom. the positive for reducing substance indicates some infection or lactose intolerance.. etc it is good to consult your treating doctor for further evaluation n management all the best.
