3 years old baby got 103.4 fever Giving calpol Antioboitic Fever is not coming down Please help what to do now Got cold since few days back

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a fever upto 103.4 degrees which is not responding to antibiotics so get his blood examined for typhoid and maleria
