21 months old my son at this milestone he speak only 2-3 words didn't pointing what he wants full on energetic for playing time but not responding when we says his name or talk is this normal ..... please suggest what to do

A. hello most of the kids will be able to speak sentences with 2 to 3 words by age 2 n can be delayed in some kids n encourage the child n give it more opportunity to speak will improve the speech gradually

Q. meri beti 6 years ke hone wale h but she can write, sings rhyms n songs but speak only need based words and she didn' t sit still.
