AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. The weight weight gets triple the birth weight by one year.. The weight is bit on the lower side. Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
