19 days ago i delived baby boy by c section after delivery I am weight losing I don't want to weight loss I am breastfeeding mom

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello just make sure to ever well balance food in the diet and it is normal to reduce some way during breastfeeding but if you are reducing too much then this would require a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
