11 month old, but he's water intake is less in comparison with his twin bro.. he hardly has water

With every meal, offer water in small amount in a bottle or cup.

first thing , each child is different so please don't compare them with others or each other.
second ,if your child pee count is good , around 7 or 8 times in a day then no need to worry.
