Hello ma’am Just clean it with wet soft cloth from the outer side probably even if a little bit of water goes inside the eyes also there is no worry about it. This monitor your child’s eyes for another 5 to 7 hours or till the morning if it settles down on its own then fine otherwise consult your paediatrician ones
