A. Hello, your baby girl is 15 months old and if you are travelling to Manali if by car then if you observe all the norms of safety then it’s safe

A. Hello ma’am Right now the weather is extremely cold and going to hilly areas is not a good idea because sometimes there is no phone so you may get stuck over there so I would not advise you to go but if it is important for you then you can go absolutely no issues
