hii for the face skincare of 1 months old baby could be only massage. You can apply Johnson's Baby Oil and massage gently it is enriched with vitamin E and non sticky also . If you want you can massage again in the evening as it's winter and then just wipe out with a soft cloth.

Gently massage your baby face with almond oil, for their bathing you can use fresh cream. Post bath use a gentle cream for the baby's face. I prefer to use Johnson's Baby Cream for my little one. It is non sticky and keeps his skin soft and hydrated for long hours.

Okay just do a patch test with almond oil if it suits the face you can do gentle massage with that then after you give a shower apply any good cream any good brand of your choice otherwise I would recommend to go for SEBAMED it’s very good and it has all kind of products that you should be using and in the night also just wash the face properly clean it with a wet wipe or cotton and water and then apply the screen
