Yet not speaking...... he has a few words not very clear in pronounced... doesn't follow the all instructions...... BERA test done.... can hear.... suggest plz

wait till age of 5 years
expecting fluency at this stage of age is too early thing.
just keep talking with your child more
assign small small task to do
but don't force your child
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc
