Q.

Yesterday my daughter had fever and paracetamol was not working then I gave her iubgesic now she has no fever. But she is refusing food in case she had food she vomited everything.

A. Give him proper medicine and antibiotic

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water. for vomiting may give ondem syrup
