hi sir my son 3months old having fever 99.6 F giving paracetamol and it's working can 3 months baby get fever??

A. yes, they can also affect. as ur child is too young,if no improvement after 3 days, than it is oreferabke to visit ur doctor. brrast feed more often. tc
