Q.
Yesterday my baby had a 101 fever and still it going on kabhi utar raha h fever kabhi chaff raha h . I am giving him 3 ml calpol after every 6 hrs duration , anything else I should do as his fever is not going

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. continue the medicines and do cold sponging of the baby to reduce the temperature Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk as well as water
keep giving her a spoon of water every hour in the day time
take sunbathing daily with her and ears covered in the morning
don't expose her to winds and dusy
