y my I'm bcmng far after my delivery I cmpltd 4months of delivery even I'm nt gtng proper or regular periods

eat protein rich diet.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
cut off sugar and fat from diet

See I like to tell you as of now there are a lot of women do not get their periods for about 12 months also after that live in that is common to do hormonal changes in the body so whenever your body is ready for it you will get your period so don’t worry about itWrite Your Answer Here
