Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. Babyhug silicon tongue cleaner you can use when you give a bath to the child you can clean the tongue at that time and that would be good because actually a lot of meat gets accumulated in the mouth so this is the best way to clean it
