why the skin texture of a baby looks like the image in attachment..??? can anyone suggest?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl10 months agoA. Could probably be due to dry as nothing else you can just apply EVIO and vitamin E cream frequently and regularly on the skin of the child if it’s merges and suits the skin then probably within a week to 10 days the skin should be better
