Why salt is not recommended for infants and what are the disadvantages??

Doctors believe that it leads to hyperactivity but I have actually given salt and to the child from the beginning itself and spices also as per my doctors recommendation so I actually don’t face I didn’t face any problem in feeding my child so it’s totally fine
